    Advances and Key Considerations of Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry for Porcine Authentication in Halal Analysis

    The halal food industries are rapidly expanding to fulfill global halal demands. Non-halal substances such as porcine proteins are often added intentionally or unintentionally to products. The development of highly selective and sensitive analytical tools is necessary, and liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry is a powerful tool that can cope with the challenge. The LC–MS method has great potential for halal authentication, because it has high sensitivity and low detection limit and detects several species markers and different tissue origins at once within one species. This article provides an understanding of recent advances in the application of LC–MS for the improvement of porcine authentication. Sample preparation, marker selection, separation and mass spectrometry conditions, quantitative assessment, and data processing for protein identification were all covered in detail to choose the most suitable method for the analytical needs.

    Border Security System Using Real-Time Image Processing

    In recent times, it has occurred to us that county borders are now more deadly with security flaws. There are millions of stuff being smuggled in and out, neighbour countries security forces having many ways to advance with gunning down people and entering the border area, seizing people and extortion. That's why it’s our effort to detect forces with a faster image processing method so the security personnel can use it to their benefit. Object detection in modern computer science has developed quite a lot in recent years. With the development of neural network algorithms, some notable of them are CNN, RCNN, and faster-RCNN algorithms. Our motive was to develop a real-time object detection system which can be used at the country border to help detect targets in order to increase security. That's why we used the YOLO (you only look once) algorithm to train and test out data. The YOLO algorithm takes a different approach in order to detect objects faster. In this research project, we trained raw data in YOLO and SSD (Single shot multibox detector) and compared their advantages and disadvantages for having a real-time level of detection and accuracy. This detection scheme can be applied in surveillance systems such as cameras, drones and video surveillance, which will require cloud and server-based processing in object detection Application Programming Interface. we’re hopeful that This research project could be one of the early steps to increase border area security.

    Design and Implementation of IoT Based Different Underground Cable Fault Detection Systems Using Copper Cable Resistance

    Cables are put underground to stay away from pointless obstruction. These force cables convey electrical force and when these cables are put underground it is extremely hard to decide the specific area of the deficiency happened. There are numerous elements or purposes behind a deficiency to happen as, for example, burrowing, tremor, development work and so forth. As it don't have a clue about the specific area of the issue happened to the cable the fixing procedure identified with that cable is troublesome. Underground cable framework is a most basic practice followed in the urban zones. This paper is expected to find the flaw in an underground cable lines from the base station to a precise area in kilometers. The framework identifies flaw with the assistance of potential divider organize laid over the cable. When a defect is found in a cable line, a voltage gets produced according to the resistors organize blend. This voltage is detected by the microcontroller and is refreshed to the client.

As an intern at the Research Department at BESL, the preliminary report I've written is based on a partial image of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Ltd.'s valuation methods preferences. In addition, I have covered BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited and its subsidiaries, as well as my three-month internship at research. In addition, I have attempted to compare BESL's growth strategy to those of other financial portals.

    Luminous measurement of LED lights in cost effective way

    This paper targets economic and sustainable methods of lumen testing of LED lights. Its resurgence being in a developing nation, like Bangladesh, it is necessary that such an expensive method, around the world, be brought down to reasonable circumstance. We initially acknowledge and elaborate the varying methods that are already present. Furthermore, we discuss the methods of our experiments and their results using varying techniques to strengthen our initial hypothesis, which focuses on lumen testing affordability.
