The fourth part contains poll and Finding, the last part contains Recommendation and Conclusion. In NBL, the "Enrollment and Selection Process" are being pursued for a year ago appropriately. Anaplasmosis of Cat: A Case Report Study at SAQTVH in CVASU

The case of feline anaplasmosis caused by Anaplasma species in a male cat aged one year is described in this clinical report, with particular attention paid to diagnostic methods, hematological and biochemical changes, treatment modalities, and results. The cat had a three-month history of respiratory discomfort, ocular discharge, anorexia, weight loss, and fluctuating temperature. A clinical examination showed raised body temperature, mucous membrane pallor, and dehydration. There was no improvement from earlier antibiotic treatments. Complete blood count (CBC), biochemical analysis, and microscopic examination using Giemsa-stained blood smears were among the laboratory tests that verified anaplasmosis. Hematological investigation showed a high erythrocyte sedimentation rate (34 mm), neutrophilia (79%), lymphopenia (17%), and mild anemia (PCV 28%, hemoglobin 9.4%). Biochemical results revealed that liver enzymes were within normal limits, but high phosphorus levels (9.2 mg/dl) suggested potential renal involvement. Treatment included oxytetracycline, imidocarb dipropionate, antihistamines, and supportive therapy with fluids and multivitamins, resulting in significant clinical improvement. Follow-up after two weeks revealed the resolution of clinical signs and a negative Giemsa stain for Anaplasma sp. This case underscores the complex interplay between hematological and biochemical alterations in feline anaplasmosis and highlights the limitations of traditional diagnostic methods, emphasizing the need for molecular diagnostics like PCR. Comprehensive diagnostics and timely treatment are essential for favorable outcomes in managing feline anaplasmosis.
Bangla Sign Language Conversation Interpreter Using Image Processing

This project about sign language conversation interpreter system. It is made for speak disable people. Here a man who don't know the sign language can make conversation with a speak disable people. In this project we used efficient methods to convert sign language into text. We used our own dataset and collected dataset of Bangla Sign Languages using hand gestures. Inputs will be taken by webcam and recognized by neural network system. System will show text output by using gestures. We have created a CNN which is similar model of the MNIST classifying model. It can use both Tensorflow and Keras. This model was trained using Keras by video streaming. In a video stream sign language, interpreter can turn it fast into text. We used histogram back projection method to recognize people's hand as object. For better result we calculated the grey level of hands.

Under The guidance of Rabiul Islam (Credit Manager) and Mrs. Nusrat Nargis (Assistant Professor- Daffodil International University), this report was prepared for analyzing the financial performance analysis of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd. which is a joint venture of Lafarge of France and Cementos Molins of Spain and Holcim Cement Bangladesh. At chapter 1, I have mentioned the purpose of creating this report, which describes the actual corporate experience and present it. Few objectives, methodology and some limitation. In Chapter 2, I mention the purpose of company details summary, describe about company mission, vision and shareholder details. Than describe about company activity and company operation. I have to complete company some of ration analysis and mention its interpretation. Than I have to make this company some of finding and recommendation. To prepare this report I had to prepare a questionnaire for the serve purpose and go through a research. I had to talk with the employees especially Credit control Unit of the company and some customers of this company as well.
Performance & Cost Analysis of Solar Rooftop System Under Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC)

Daily headlines make everyone aware of the dangerous long-term effects of power generation from the fossil fuels. It is widely believed that continuing to depend on fossil fuels to generate electricity can cause serious environmental problems. Moreover, fossil fuels are finite in amount and cost a lot of money as well. Hence, renewable energy is a potential solution to meet up electricity demand for the developing countries like Bangladesh. Among all the renewable technologies, solar photo voltaic (PV) is the most potential, favorable and promising one which converts solar energy into electrical energy, including or excluding battery backup. Although solar technology has nearly been successful in rural areas where most of the technologies are adopted based on Solar Home System (SHS), it has not yet been effective in urban areas after the imposed rule of meeting 3% of light fan load of a building. We have investigated the installed solar rooftop of 86 houses in Narayanganj, where the solar system of most of the houses were found inactive. Among them only 50 systems are active. In this thesis the overall analysis of urban solar prospect has been done in three layers based on this investigation. After all, the effectiveness of the system was discussed in brief to influence them to come to know about the appropriateness of the system and the proper way to maintain the system. It is seen that a few among them find the system useful and want to increase its capacity. The operating condition and maintenance of the SRS was evaluated as well. Most of the interviewed people do not either maintain the system or want to repair it. It is very unfortunate that most of the systems were found inactive or not connected in a proper way. Although urban people are more likely to know the efficient use of solar energy, they still prefer fossil fuels for their power generation. In this manner, they are indirectly contributing to environmental hazards and wasting a lot of money too. From the reading of an installed solar system, the cost per unit is calculated later as an example. However, the appropriateness of the system to the consumer is very limited due to having a lack of knowledge and training to operate the system productively.
Study on Cat Management Practices According to Owner’s Economic Status at Chattogram Metropolitan Area

Abstract The health and welfare of domestic cats are significantly influenced by the owner’s economic status (ES), which affects access to veterinary services, preventive care, and proper nutrition. This study investigates the correlation between cat owners' economic status and their pets' vaccination, deworming, feeding habits, and health in Chattogram Metropolitan Area. Data were collected from 500 randomly selected cat owners through interviews and records. Primary and secondary collected from S.A. Quaderi Teaching and Veterinary Hospital, CVASU when owners came to hospital for getting veterinary care and treatment. Higher economic status (ES) owners' cats received noticeably better care, according to analysis employing Pearson Chi-square tests. About 91.72% high class cat owner’s received vaccination, while middle-class households received 56.04% and lower-class households obtained 4.8% (P < 0.001). In the same way, 82.06% of cat owners with high ES routinely dewormed their cats, compared to 33.69% and 2.43% of middle-class and lower ES owners, respectively (P < 0.001). Furthermore, 87.5% of owners with high ES offered balanced diets, but just 38.8% of middle ES and none of those with lower ES did. The finding from the study with contribute to a better understanding of the economic determinants pet health. Future research should explore the effectiveness of affordable veterinary services and community education programs in mitigating the impact of economic disparities on animal welfare. The findings from this study will contribute to a better understanding of the economic determinants of pet health and offer evidence-based recommendations for improving veterinary care accessibility in Bangladesh.
