Dan Cake A/S, which was formed in 1931, is the leading company in easily available baked pastries and Swiss rolls in Scandinavia. Thanks to a stringent quality assurance process, its products are noted for their outstanding taste and quality. It's no surprise that the corporation is still expanding in the global market. Dan Cake A/S has recently chosen to expand their business to South Asia by launching a 50/50 joint project with Dan Foods Limited in Bangladesh. Birulia, Savar, and Dhaka are home to their factories. They want to provide the customer with the best bakery products available from Dan Cake. To maintain the worldwide quality benchmark, they source the finest raw materials from the top suppliers. We get the majority of our raw materials from Dan Cake A/S in Denmark, and we make our products according to their recipe and under the supervision of a Danish baker. Dan Cake has operations in Poland, Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, the United Arab Emirates, and, most recently, Bangladesh. Dan Cake Foods Limited, situated in Khagan, Ashulia, is a well-known confectionery manufacturer.. It is known for its high-quality products, global manufacturing plants, design and research capabilities, and superior technical services. Financial performance measurement is critical for businesses since it indicates the organization's efficiency. That is, the company's operations. It also aids in decision-making and action in the future. However, this report is based on the acts of Dan Cake Foods Ltd.
Comparative Study on Different Layer Feeds

In poultry farming, feed requires the major part of total cost, which is up to 70 percent. Of total feed cost, about 95 percent is used to meet energy and protein requirements, about 3-4 % percent for major mineral, trace mineral and vitamin requirements, and 1-2% for various feed additives. Hence the quality of feed is enormously significant in case of poultry farming. To acquire the exact picture of commercial poultry feeds, the proximate analysis of three layer feeds from three different poultry farm were examined. The proximate analysis of feeds showed the following composition: metabolizable energy 2645-2685%, moisture ranged from 10.5-11.3 %, crude protein 16-16.9%, ether extract 3.2-3.3%, crude fiber 5-5.2%, ash 6-6.8% and NFE 53.2-58.3% in layer. There was no significant difference observed in selected feed samples.
Determinants of age at first marriage in Bangladesh-Patterns and Differentials

This paper focuses on the examining the patterns of age at first marriage and also identify the socio-economic, demographic and cultural factors influencing marriage age in Bangladesh. This study utilizes survey data of Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey (BDHS 2011). Like other developing countries early marriage is a major determinants of the rates of fertility. The independents test of chi-square is used to study the effect of selected background characteristics of age at first marriage in Bangladesh. The cross tabulation has been used to estimate the factors affected the use of any method and age at first marriage in Bangladesh. The factors Respondents education, Types of place of residence, Partners education, Religion, Region, Partners occupation, socio-economic status, Respondent currently working have significantly effects on age at first marriage in Bangladesh. Bivariate analysis and Logistic regression are used to explain these objectives. The study shows those respondents who have no education, marriage at early age and at least secondary education to married at later age. Similar pattern marriage at early age has been seen in case of illiterate and service holders husbands. Form this analysis we can say that maximum respondents who are not currently working married before or at median age 15 years. The author believes that this study nay be useful for policy makers and other researchers doing research in the patterns age at first marriage and its differentials in Bangladesh.
Exam Question Classification Based on Bloom Taxonomy

Examination has an important role in the process of learning. The assessment of examination is important in educational institutions because examine is one of the most common ways to assess student achievement in a particular field. Therefore, there is a crucial need to create a balanced and high-quality test, which satisfies different levels of comprehension. Therefore, many educators rely on the understanding field of Bloom's taxonomy, which is a popular framework designed to examine students'skills and abilities. There are several proposed activitiesto automatically manage the classification of queries according to Bloom's taxonomy. Most of these activities classify questions according to a specific domain. As a result, there is a shortage of questionnaires for multi-domain sites. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a classification model to separate exam questions based on Bloom's tax administration in multiple areas. Here, the difficulty level of each question deposited in the question paper is determined from the criteria of keyword/s found in the question. A knowledge-based approach and text mining technique will be used to identify and extract information and keywords from textual content in the exam paper. using the prototype system developed, an illustration of the overall analysis for level of difficulty of examination question paper will be obtained. The outcome of our idea should be significant in classifying questions from multiple domains based on Bloom’s taxonomy.
Exploring the Forms, Causes and Remedies of Plagiarism in the Academic Writing of Graduate Students in the Private Universities in Bangladesh

Plagiarism is a well-documented problem in the academic writing of students. This paper reports on a study aimed at investigating the forms, causes and remedies of plagiarism in the graduate students’ academic writing. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five teachers to know about their own ways of defining plagiarism, tracing techniques restricting this academic theft. A questionnaire based on Likert scale was administered to 20 graduate students of two private universities to gather information about the forms or ways, causes and remedies of plagiarism. They were also given home assignments to write so that we could trace out their forms of plagiarism as proof. The data across the three tools revealed plagiarism is prevalent to a large extent in the students’ academic paper which is a big threat to the academic integrity. The growth of internet use, lack of awareness about academic writing and plagiarism issue, deliberate copying through internet without acknowledgement, bad paraphrasing, students’ unwillingness to work hard, lack of proper application of university plagiarism policy etc. have been found to be the prime agents of graduate students’ plagiarism. By raising enough awareness among students and teachers, giving them proper training on academic writing as well as plagiarism issue and its rules to avoid it, and adopting plagiarism checker, we can reduce this academic dishonesty and subsequently originate creative writers. Suggestions for further research in wider timeframe and with more respondents are also suggested to know more about the academic document and plagiarism issue.
Parent's perception towards child abuse and its prevention

In order to protect children and ensure their safety and wellbeing, parental attitudes and behaviors about child abuse and its prevention are essential. Studies indicate that parents' perceptions of abuse have significant effects on how they provide care for their children and the precautions they take to keep them safe (Farhan & Iqbal, 2024). It has been found in the studies that although most parents were aware of the dangers of physical abuse, they knew less about emotional abuse and neglect and frequently minimized the long-term psychological effects that these types of abuse could have on children (Jankowiak et al., 2022). This qualitative study explored parents’ perception towards child abuse and its prevention. Data were gathered through In depth Interview (IDI) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) from parents of young children aged 6 to 8 years. The findings also indicate that the majority of parents have an understanding of child abuse. They also understand child abuse prevention is important that prevents a child from any possible abuse. But it has found out that there is still much to do for the parents to practice that can prevent a child from any abuse. With many recommendations it is important if awareness, training can be provided at all level e.g. community level, school, parents through open dialogue, social, print and other media.
Semantic-Aware Feature Modeling and Analysis

Feature diagrams are the most widely used to model product line variant. Formal Verification of variant requirements has gained much interest in the software product line (SPL) community. Successful development of a software product line (SPL) requires a proper management of product line requirements. Various approaches have been adopted to model both of the requirements of feature diagram. However, most of these approached lack proper formal semantics. This report presents our work in progress semantic web approach to model and verify product line requirements. Logical expressions can be built by modeling variants and their dependencies by using propositional connectives. A case study of two Feature Model (Hall Booking System) variant feature model is presented to illustrate the analysis and verification process.
The Value of Information Literacy Instructions in Academic settings: A Developing Country Perspective

Information is increasing at a great speed where users, especially the university students get confused whether the information they get is the right one or not. New developments in education and technology are affecting user learning and leading to the emergence of information literacy. That is why the value of information literacy has become a burning question in every sector even more specifically in academic settings. Purpose: The main aim of this study was to provide the value of information literacy instructions in educational systems in developing country perspective. The objectives were to: derive the perceptions of university students regarding IL skills; identify their IL skill levels; and test the derived value of information literacy through IL training. Methods: This study method basically involves two data collection techniques. One is a comprehensive questionnaire and the other one is experimental research design. A comprehensive survey of questionnaires was conducted to examine the concepts and perceptions of IL by university students. An experimental study was conducted to identify the value of information literacy instructions through pre- and post-training sessions. Results: The results showed that students had positive perceptions of information literacy. In experimental study, it was found that students’ performed poorly in the pre-training session. But their success score in the post-training session improved significantly. All participating students agreed to the fact that IL instructions should be incorporated into academic curricula.
