    As a student of the English Department, I am pleased to have successfully completed my internship report on Customer Relationship Management of Southeast Bank Limited. During this brief period, I have made every effort to gather as much information as possible about the banking practices at Southeast Bank Limited. However, it is worth acknowledging that there may be some errors or shortcomings in my reporting, for which I sincerely apologize. I worked as an intern at Southeast Bank Limited, and the primary objective of my internship program was to gain insights into banking practices. In this report, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my esteemed supervisor, Mahinur Akther, from the Department of English at Daffodil International University.     "Donate" - Online Assistance System for People in Need

    This project is an android application named “Donate: Online assistance system for people in need” which is built to provide financial helps to the peoples who doesn’t have money to take proper medical treatment. There are a huge number of people in our country suffering from various vital diseases and they cannot get proper treatment because of their lacking of money. To help those people we have built this application. By using this application people can post the details about the patient. The details include the medical documents, the details of the disease and the condition of treatment, needed money for treatment, picture of patient and the account information of bank and Bikash also. Now after the user posts new entry about a patient, it doesn’t appear directly in the newsfeed. The admin of the app should approve the posts and only then others can see it on newsfeed. Admin also can remove the post without approving if they find the post fake. People can see the donation amount that how much money is collected and how much is still left. Users can donate using the “Donate Now” option of the application. Users also can view all the posts that he/she have posted. The admin of the application can delete any post after the donation amount is fulfilled. All the data of the application is stored in online firebase database so that the data doesn’t get lost. After the building process was done, we have tested this app in different devices and it worked perfectly fine.

    Farmer’s perception and Agricultural Adaption Strategies to climate change : a study on coastal area of Feni District, Bangladesh.

    Climate change has become the most pressing issue for Bangladesh’s coastal districts over the few years. Climate change has a substantial effect on agricultural industries. As a result, adaptation is the primary policy for alleviating the destructive effects of climate change. This study will demonstrate farmer’s observations of climate change and their adaptation techniques, and the elements that determine their adaptation decisions. The investigation was conducted in sonagazi Upazila, Feni district’s sole coastline location . Four unions were chosen for data gathering because they were connected to the Bay of Bengal. 315 individuals were interviewed and a semi –structured questionnaire was used to acquire data .Descriptive statistics were used to ascertain public observations of climate change and adaptation alternatives. The factors influencing the farmer’s decision to adopt an adaptations strategy were analyzed using a Binary Logistic model. The study demonstrates that sonagazi farmers employ a diversity of adaptation tactics responding to climate change. Crop variety, mulching mixed cropping, crop rotation, tree planting, and irrigation efficiency are some of these measures. farming experience and from binary logistic model, it is cleared that only farming experience and education level of the farmers have positive influence on adaptation, tree planting ,and irrigation efficiency are some of these measures . From binary Logistic model, it is cleared that only farming experience and education level of the farmers have positive influence on adaptation decisions.

    Performance and testing of the improved solar electric cooking system

    Different types of solar cooking systems have been used from past few years. From parabolic system to panel cookers. Each and every cooking method came up with individual and unique concepts. Several attempts are made to introduce these solar cookers and have achieved variable success. There are still some critical issues need to be solved for wider dissemination of this technology. They include affordable cost, materials to be used, appropriate location for using solar cooker, size, design and cooking time. Following these points, an improved version of solar electric stove has been designed. As it is called an improved version, this stove is structured over verification of double burner stove named “Development of Double Burner Electric Stove Powered by PV Solar Panel.” In this improved version we have brought out some significant changes involving size, material, cost, cooking time and design. Here we have presented a comprehensive study over performance based and test analysis between both stoves comparing theoretically, experimentally, and development works. We have also evaluated with previously conducted solar cookers to show how the improved one is more efficient. As it is a green approach, we intend to grab attention towards the clean energy system and how they are comfortable to use. Since 90% of people use biomass, jute, cow-dung or wood for cooking. This causes harmful effects to health and only 6% of the people have the accessibility to natural gas, primarily in urban areas. Also supply of electricity is not stable and base demand cannot be met. In fact, new gas connection to household has been suspended and electricity can be used only by prepaid system. Thus most people use cylinder gas or electric stove for cooking. Following these issues, our goal is to give sufficient amount of energy which is cost efficient, available, environment friendly and healthy.
