An Evaluation of the Customers’ Satisfaction of Janata Bank Limited

In terms of net assets, Janata Bank Co., Ltd. (JB) is the second largest commercial bank with 901 branches and is wholly owned by the government of Bangladesh. The bank’s mission is to actively participate in the country’s socio-economic development by operating a commercially sound banking organization. After Bangladesh became independent in 1971, the former Union Bank Co., Ltd. and Union Bank Co., Ltd. were immediately nationalized and renamed Janata Bank. As the first-generation nationalized commercial bank, Janata Bank Limited has established a milestone in Bangladesh's banking industry. The bank expanded its business to provide customers with diversified products and high-quality services. Its high-quality products and services have enabled customers to continue to succeed in the past 37 years. After completing the internship at the main branch of the Janata Bank Limited branch (Shyamoli), an internship report was compiled based on the customer satisfaction of the Janata Bank Limited Shyamoli branch. In the introduction, the background of the research, the scope of the research, the provenance and limitations of the report are described. In the literature review part, the service quality dimension model (the report questionnaire is based on the elements of the model), describes the research goals and methods. In the organization part, the historical background of Janata Bank is introduced. The bank conducts business through its headquarters and local offices in Dhaka and 901 branches in Bangladesh. Janata Bank introduced various types of services, such as J-CAS services, Locker services, and many other human welfare services. They also provide different types of loan programs, such as agricultural plans, commercial loans, house construction, small/handicraft industries, and large/medium-sized industries. The learning section will also outline the customer satisfaction and management aspects of Janata Bank. When it is found that Janata Bank Ltd customers are experiencing problems and their satisfaction levels are essentially inconsistent, it is necessary to analyze customer data and measure the customer satisfaction levels of existing customers. There is confusion in the opinions of others and ultimately their overall views. The dispersion can draw specific conclusions on the level of satisfaction, as well as a complete understanding of the entire scene.
Impact of Globalization on RMG Sector in Bangladesh (2007- 2014): A Critical Analysis

As this is the period of globalization, there is increasing contestation among RMG products selling countries. Compliance issues of RMG factories are the main demand of international buyers and global institutions. So, it is necessary for Bangladesh‟s RMG providers to enhance compliance in their workhouses where laborers work. This paper investigates the impact of Globalization on the working environment of the RMG sector of Bangladesh by examining the situation of compliance issues recognized by international actors. The findings of the research show that most all of the Compliant factories are ensuring workers rights that are related with international labour standards and working environment of these factories is better than that of Non- compliant factories. After the practical investigation it is clear that, Globalization make an impact on the working environment of the RMG industry in Bangladesh because before the Rana Plaza and Tazreen Fashions tragedy, the working environment of the RMG factories was unsatisfactory what was known through literature review. After these accidents international actors have taken a lot of initiatives. At present both factories situation is better than before. Though Non-compliant factories are not maintaining workers rights properly but some of the issues have been improved that was absent before. So the affairs which are related to the advancement of RMG sector should properly maintain for sustaining in the world market.
Mathematical analysis of a non-newtonian model for blood flow considering shear rate dependent viscosity through a stenosed artery in presence of magnetic field

The study of blood flow in the artery has some important aspects due to bio-medical engineering application. Many of the problems such as heart attacks and strokes are related to blood flow and also the physical characteristics of the artery wall. The abnormal and unnatural growth in the arterial wall thickness that develops at various locations of the cardiovascular system under diseased conditions is called arteriosclerosis or stenosis. The hemodynamic instability behavior of the blood flow is influenced by the presence of arterial stenosis. This study of magnetic field through blood flow is useful in the field of vascular surgery for proper circulation of blood by controlling blood flow. In this thesis, a mathematical model regarding non-Newtonian blood flow considering shear rate dependent viscosity through human artery in presence of magnetic field is developed. Three types of artery are considered: a regular, a stenosed and a grafting artery. Magnetic field of different magnitude and direction is applied to the artery. The governing equations are solved using finite element method. Comparison with previously published work is performed and the results are found to be in excellent agreement. Some results of numerical simulation are presented for the blood flow in terms of the velocity contours, pressure distribution and shear rate. Also velocity profile at different arterial location has been presented. The results show that the magnetic field perpendicular to the artery wall is most effective in reduction of flow.
Political Awareness of Women at the Grass Root Level in Bangladesh: A Study of Sailkupa Upazilla in Jhenidah District

An attempt has been made in the study to inquire into the awareness level of women about politics at the grass root level. The study was conducted among the 252 women voters and 21 women representatives in 7 selected union of Sailkupa upaz!lla under Jhenidah district in Bangladesh. The researcher followed the techniques of survey and observation method to collect field data for this study. The data were collected on different dimensions such as demographic and socio-economic background, nature of participation of the women representatives in the study area and political awareness of respondents. To investigate the political awareness of women, the researcher examined the awareness of respondents about political rights and political participation, awareness about election affairs and casting of vote, awareness about national issues and government, awareness about local problems and specifically awareness of women representative about budget and overall activities of Union Par/shad. The study revealed that women belonged to lower socioeconomic status in rural Bangladesh in terms of education, occupation, land ownership, income, membership in organization and livelihoods and so on issues. The study also explored that women representatives hold better socio-economic status than women voters. An analysis of women's political background revealed that women in rural Bangladesh were not politically active. Though majority of the rural women cast their vote in the election, in this regard they influenced by the male members of the family. Even the same feature was found in the case of women representatives whereas majority of them had direct affiliation in the party politics. The study has clearly depicted that most of the women at the grass root level were not aware about politics. Though they are average aware about their casting of vote and national issues and government, they are totally not aware about their political rights and participation. However, it was found that women representatives were comparatively aware than the women voters regarding these issues. The study also explored that there is a significant relationship between academic qualifications, occupations, father's/husband's academic qualifications and occupations, political involvement of family members, total family income and political awareness of women. Finally, the study identified some issues which need serious attention to make awareness of women about politics at the grass root level.
Predicting User Perception Regarding Usefulness of Google Classroom Through Machine Learning Algorithms

To investigate the attitudes of the students at the tertiary level of different institutes towards using google classroom as a convenient online platform for learning the English Language, especially contemplating reading and writing skills have been performed. A survey had been conducted including 448 EFL students at the tertiary level in Bangladesh from four different institutes to figure out the result of this research. Data collection through a series of questionnaires had been posited based on learning reading and writing skills of the English Language. Finally, analyzing the data using machine learning algorithms, we concluded that google classroom is useful and effective in terms of learning the English language by elevating reading and writing skills of the students in Bangladesh based on the overall findings of both the survey and analyzing the data. Students' positive responses had been found towards using google classroom through this study.
Role of Pyroptosis in Diabetic Retinopathy and Its Therapeutic Implications

Pyro ptosis has recently been established as a term of programmed-inflammatory cell death. Pyro ptosis is mainly divided into two molecular signaling pathways, including caspase-1-dependent canonical and caspase-4/5/11-dependent non-canonical inflammasome pathways. Extensive investigations have reported inflammasome activation facilitates the maturation and secretion of the inflammatory factors interleukin-1β/18 (IL-1β/18), cleavage of gasdermin D (GSDMD), and leading to the stimulation of pyro ptosis-mediated cell death. Furthermore, accumulating studies report NLRP3 inflammasome activation plays a significant role in triggering the pyro ptosis-mediated cell death and promotes the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy (DR). Our current review elaborates on the molecular mechanisms of pyro ptosis-signaling pathways and their potential roles in the pathogenesis and impact of DR development. We also emphasize several investigational molecules regulating key steps in pyroptotic-cell death to create new comprehensions and findings to explore the pathogenesis of DR advancement. Our narrative review concisely suggests these potential pharmacological agents could be promising therapies to treat and manage DR in the future.
Web Based Platform for Animals/ Pets Lover

This project is about a web-based pets/animal’s site. People who love animals or have their own pets are the target users of this project. This project has been done with the intention of creating a common platform for connecting all the people who have love or soft feelings for animals in their heart. Not only in our country, almost all over the world there are so many people who have no feelings for animals, they treat animals so badly and sometimes they even kill animals without any reason, most of the case this kind of people don’t know the importance of animal. On the other hand, people who love animals always want to protect animals around them. We will try to encourage those users to work together to make this world a better and safer place for each and every animal with whom we are sharing this world. Our website “Animal Network” is built just to give that kind of platform to our users. Besides this we have some more features in our website like sharing moments with pets/animals, adopting or selling/buying pets, can talk to our doctors etc. After all this project is developed with a view to give our users a smooth and secure user experience.
